I had the pleasure of working with Spencer at Reach PLC, and I can confidently say he was a vital presence on the team. Steady under pressure, Spencer ensured continuity and stability during key leadership gaps — keeping projects on track and supporting colleagues. What stood out most was his competency for strategic thinking: he proposed thoughtful changes and insights that, over time, were reflected in broader company strategy. Above all, Spencer brought a quiet integrity to his role — consistently thoughtful, principled and reliable. Any organization would be lucky to have him.
I worked with Spencer at Reach when he was part of my Product Squad. Spencer was that inquisitive person who would remind you to stop and make sure what you were doing was right, questioning to gain understanding. I'm not surprised his career took him in the analyst direction — his attention to detail and methodical approach have made him a leader in his field. If you are reading this whilst considering adding Spencer to your organisation, I would urge you not to have a second thought and make one of the best choices of your career in hiring him.
Spencer is a consummate professional and entrepreneur with a solid grasp of online and technology.
